Subsequent to the increased number of units being built in and around Sydney, we often have developers offering sites for sale. Some of these sites have development applications (DA’s) already, others don’t. Consequently, we have a number of potential buyers who may be interested in a particular property.
First, we inspect the site, take photos and send these to potential buyers together with any other relevant information. Included on our website is a list of sites we currently have available.
Not everything goes smoothly in life and sometimes a property needs to be sold quickly. This is usually as a result of the three D’s…death, divorce or d’ bank manager.
Experience has indicated this is a highly emotional time for the sellers who may make a rash decision for which they later regret. We are conversant with this type of sale, and can offer an impartial suggestion on how to maximise the sale price.
Generally, all that is required is a tidy up of the area, hedges trimmed, lawns mowed, fences painted etc. We then explain the process to the seller in an endeavour to make an adverse situation more palatable
Most sales organisations like to feel they have a point of difference to set them apart from the competition. We have a 1945 WW2 Jeep which certainly sets us apart. Parked outside a property for sale, combined with signs, flags and bunting, it certainly attracts attention. Past experience has indicated people stop even if they’re not interested in purchasing a property!
Then there are always two of us in attendance manning the site; one on the outside collecting details and the other on the inside actually showing the property.
